For students/scholars, we provide:

  • General admissions assistance and advising
  • Communication services between the sponsoring agency and the sponsored student or scholar
  • Resources and information on housing options
  • Personalized advising services to support the students’ welfare during their period of study, including academic, health, and housing issues
  • Customized orientation for new sponsored students
  • Assistance for students in fulfilling sponsors' requirements
  • Programming for sponsored student/scholar-only events

For Sponsoring Agencies, we provide:

  • Primary post-placement contact for the sponsor to communicate with the university
  • Assistance in obtaining individual students' invoices
  • Assistance in locating housing for arriving students/scholars
  • Deferred billing in order to facilitate students' registration
  • Coordination of site visits at the request of sponsoring agencies
  • Assistance in obtaining official transcripts from the university
